By engaging Jan's Cleaners & Laundry for window covering services, you agree to these terms of service. Our services include installation, cleaning, and repair of window treatments including blinds, curtains, shutters, and drapes.
Our window covering services are provided as described in your service agreement. We strive to complete all work according to professional standards and within agreed timeframes. Any changes to the original scope of work must be approved in writing.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For large commercial projects, payment schedules may be arranged in advance.
We stand behind our workmanship and will address any installation or repair issues that arise from our services. Our team is committed to resolving concerns promptly and to your satisfaction.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific services provided. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our window covering installation and repair services.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their window covering needs, ensuring access to work areas, and protecting valuables during service visits. Any pre-existing damage should be disclosed prior to service.
Service appointments may be cancelled with 24 hours advance notice. Emergency services and rush orders may have different cancellation terms that will be communicated at the time of booking.
